How we nurture a supportive and collaborative culture
Training is a key part of our commitment to employee development. In 2023, 1,702 employees completed 18,548 hours of training. These sessions enhanced technical skills, improved safety awareness, and reinforced adherence to operational procedures, ensuring high-performance standards. Additionally, to build a strong team culture we consistently encourage employees to share feedback and organize multiple team-building events each year to strengthen relationships and enhance workplace cohesion.
Collaboration fostering events
On January 24th, 2025, Luxen hosted a fair at our Nantong factory to celebrate the upcoming Year of the Snake and bring together employees and partners to foster collaboration, strengthen connections, and set the stage for a productive year ahead. The event blended traditional Chinese New Year customs with modern festivities. Employees with families and partners participated.
Participants engaged in traditional crafts, such as lacquered fan-making and sachet creation. Festive calligraphy activities included writing Spring Festival couplets and “Fu” characters, immersing everyone in cherished traditions. Games like ring toss and pitch-pots added excitement while fostering camaraderie and teamwork.
Furthermore, we distributed gifts as tokens of appreciation and warmth for the new year. The grand raffle, the highlight of the event, featured heartwarming prizes. Meanwhile, a bustling food market with sweet treats and colorful cocktails further enhanced the festive atmosphere.
The Luxen Fair was more than just a celebration. It allowed employees to relax, strengthen bonds, and reflect on achievements. The event inspired renewed energy for the year ahead. At Luxen Solar, we remain committed to fostering a culture where employees feel valued and supported.
