As early as 2017, Luxen embraced the trend of Industry 4.0, completing a full automation upgrade of its production lines.
Building on this foundation, in 2023, Luxen launched the 210 N-Type Smart Production Line, which integrates robots, intelligent devices, and advanced information technology to achieve a smart production process.
Embracing Smart Industry 4.0 Factory with MES Cloud Management for Precision and Quality
Luxen uses an intelligent Manufacturing Execution System (MES) cloud management system in its 210mm N-Type production line to tightly control all aspects of production. This system provides real-time monitoring and traceability from material input to finished product output. As a result, it enhances transparency, promptly resolves potential issues throughout the manufacturing process, minimizes human errors, and delivers a stable, high-quality output.
Our automated production process and advanced digital integration allow us to meet market demands for high-performance solar modules without compromising reliability or quality. The latest addition to our product portfolio is the 710Wp module, which uses 210mm N-Type cells. These modules deliver an impressive efficiency of up to 22.86%, meeting the growing need for higher power output and long-term value for our customers. Moreover, they are backed by a 30-year power and a 20-year product warranty. All our products meet international IEC standards.
Luxen’s 710Wp bifacials panels significantly lower BOS costs by reducing the number of panels required for the same system capacity, thanks to their higher power output per unit. This not only minimizes the need for mounting structures, wiring, and electrical components, cutting material, labor, and installation expenses, making 710Wp double glass panels a preferred choice for large utility-scale projects seeking cost-effective solutions.
